I missed the first memo on this, well not really I tried to read it but two or three paragraphs into it I started to zone out the way I usually do when women around me blabber mindlessly and without end.
It started out with an interesting title All the Single Ladies then quickly disintegrated into a chick saying something like... me, me, me... marriage... boo, hoo, hoo... alone... bla, bla, bla... I’m 39... splat, bug hits wall... yuck.
That was about all I could handle before I resumed surfing the news but I did catch one of the follow up memos.Kate Bolick caused a stir when she wrote a magazine article about how she – and many other American women – might never marry. Here she talks about why she struck such a chord American women might never marry? Really? Who would have thought? Apparently you have annoyed some male readers.Yes – I think a lot of men are feeling vulnerable and scared at the moment because their economic power and influence is dwindling and I don't think I was sensitive enough to that when I was writing the article. I was coming at it from a female standpoint, because that was what I was asked to do and that was how I felt most comfortable writing. But I'd like to see a male equivalent of my article now.
Splat… splat… splat, splat, splat!!!
Geez Kate you're right all those spinster bugs hitting my patriarchal wall is getting really scary.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Get that ol' hamster running Bolick! You go girl!
So the only reason she's getting married is for the money?
She'd find takers, if she was young, hot and loyal.
Oops on all three.
Roll on the "you men are disgusting pigs, etc. etc." scam, to make men be with women who hate them and make their lives miserable.
It’s amazing how incredibly hypocritical Modern Womyn have become.
When they are in their twenties, they arrogantly preach that “men do not have any right to marriage, girlfriends, sex, or even relationships” (“these are not rights, they are PRIVILEGES…”).
But when they reach their thirties and the baby rabies starts hitting hard, these same hypocritical ex-carousel riders with a ton of emotional freight ceaselessly complain about how ‘good men’ do not want to marry them now -- as if they have a ‘right’ to marriage, husbands, and families.
On a different note -- if they don't really want to be married after all, then why can't they just shut up, go away, and leave us men alone?
Can't immagine who would be interested in marrying a late 30's or 40 plus woman.

A lot of sexually frustrated religious guys fit that bill. Rapidly aging women who in their younger years never gave the religious nice guys a second look often gravitate to 'church' because the guys are so sexually frustrated that they marry these over-the-hill women, even if it means that sexually, the nice guy beta chump gets the 'sloppy 52nd's' if the female is a 'reformed party girl type'.
That's why so many former party girl types, after they've been sucked and **cked by bad boys, go to church to find a chump who's so desperate he'll settle for just about anything, even if the situation is similar to that of paying new car prices for a used-up beater car with 200K miles.
Religious guys are usually the last to open their eyes to what's happening. But many of them are learning and more of them are saying "no" to the relationship bad deal these reformed party girl types represent.
WRT Kate Bolick's comment, all I can say is: go, hamster, go! Her hamster is in warp drive...
Chicks are always going on about how marriage is slavery and the patriarchy is evil but it’s all pure projection. Just let one of them find out you have never been married and they will never shut up about it. They can’t stand it when a man is happily unmarried running free off the marriage plantation.
To a certain degree married men don’t like it that I’m happily unmarried either. There is a reason why I often come into conflict with MRAs who are married. The freedom of MGTOW is no longer theirs and will never be again unless they pay a steep price for it. They say things like my marriage is different or my wife isn’t like that but who is fooling who? At any moment their slave master can crack the “I’m not haaapy” whip and their status from house slave to homeless working in the field slave will come swift and without mercy.
I hope that works out for you guys but I’m not letting any woman have that level of power over me to begin with and neither should you.
Well said R.P.

There are even more bridal magazines than those listed above.
There are less than one tenth that many results searching "groom magazine",
and I found only three publications focusing specifically on the groom.
Sure, they don't want to be married. I totally believe that...
